MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Washing window ledges and wipe down the blinds
  • Cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans, wall hangings, and blinds
  • Spot cleaning walls
  • Washing baseboards and any rails
  • Vacuuming upholstered furniture
  • Removing cobwebs
  • Clean glass on entrance and French doors; clean sliding doors and tracks
  • Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, door knobs, and light switches
  • Clean laundry area (wipe down exterior of laundry machinery)
  • Clean interior of closets and wipe down all shelves
  • Clean balcony’s, porches, and or decks (seasonal upon request)
  • Removing trash
  • Vacuuming inside closets and washing shelves
  • Making beds and changing linens
  • Scouring and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Picking-up and straightening
  • Cleaning kitchen and counters, sanitizing sink
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Cleaning mirrors and glass
  • Dusting furniture and decorative items
  •  Spot clean walls and remove fingerprints
  •  Remove any left-over trash
