Terms Of Services

Purpose

Clean Homes for Heroes is dedicated to providing free or discounted professional home cleaning services to veterans, first responders, and foster parents. This policy outlines the guidelines for participation, safety, and operations to ensure the program is effective, safe, and fair for all parties involved.

Eligibility

1. Recipients of Services
   • Services are available to vetted foster families .
   • Referred by licensed child-placing agency.
   • Priority may be given to those in urgent need or high-traffic service areas.
      

1. Partners and Volunteers
   • Businesses, organizations, and individuals may participate as partners or volunteers.
   • Partners and volunteers must agree to comply with program policies, safety requirements, and ethical standards.
      

Service Guidelines

• Cleaning services are provided free or at a discounted rate, depending on program funding and partnership support.
• Services include standard cleaning tasks outlined by ESC systems; specialty requests may be accommodated at the discretion of the program.
• Scheduling is coordinated through ESC Home-Services centralized system to ensure efficiency, safety, and consistency.
• ESC Home-Services reserves the right to decline services that fall outside operational capabilities or pose safety risks.
   

Safety and Conduct

• Volunteers and staff must adhere to all safety protocols established by ESC Home-Services.
• All personnel must be professional, respectful, and maintain confidentiality regarding recipients’ homes and personal information.
• Recipients must provide a safe working environment. ESC Home-Services and program staff are not responsible for pre-existing hazards, unsafe conditions, or unreported risks.
• Any incidents or accidents must be reported immediately to program leadership.
   

Partner & Volunteer Responsibilities

• Partners and volunteers must follow the assigned schedule and operational instructions provided by ESC Home-Services staff.
• Donations (monetary or in-kind) must be approved and coordinated through program leadership.
• Volunteers may not solicit or advertise products or services while performing program duties unless expressly approved by ESC Home-Services Inc.
   

Confidentiality & Privacy

• All recipient and volunteer information is confidential and may not be shared without written consent.
• Photos, videos, or testimonials may only be used for promotional purposes with explicit permission from participants.
   

Limitations of Liability

• Clean Homes for Heroes, ESC Home-Services Inc assume no liability for property damage, personal injury, or loss occurring during service delivery unless caused by gross negligence of the program’s staff.
• Recipients and partners participate at their own risk and agree to comply with safety guidelines.
   

Program Modification and Termination

• Clean Homes for Heroes reserves the right to modify services, schedules, eligibility, and policies at any time. 
• Recipients, partners, or volunteers who do not adhere to program policies may be removed or denied participation.
• The program is subject to funding and operational capacity; availability may vary based on resources.
