Terms Of Cleaning Services

We understand that life happens. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip cleaning services, we require a one business day notice. If ESC Home-Services receives less than one business days' notice it will be necessary to charge a 15% fee based on the price total of cleaning services. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings without prior approval of ESH Home-Services, will be deemed a breach of terms of cleaning services and allow ESC Home-Services to refuse future cleaning solutions.

 In the event that ESC Home-Services needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning services appointment 24 hours notice will be given to you. If ESC Home-Services fails to give 24-hour notice, you will be offered one free cleaning.

• Termination of reoccurring cleaning services must be in writing or by email.

 You may cancel your Ever-So-Clean Home Club membership with us at any time by contacting us in writing via email support@eschomeservices.com. Please note: Membership fees are non-refundable. Members must give us a five day notice of intent to terminate membership prior to renewal date to avoid getting charged.  

 Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning services.  ESC Home-Services gladly accepts  MasterCard, Visa, and cash.  Credit card payment for service must be made online. Click "Pay My Bill" to make payment.  Please note: Residential and commercial cleaning services will require a security deposit. Deposits must be submitted at the time of booking.     

The Ever-So-Clean Home Club membership fee is non-refundable. Your payment method will billed directly by us.  UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR EVER-SO-CLEAN HOME CLUB MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.   

 If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge. 

ESC Home-Services cannot specify exact arrival times. The times scheduled are estimated service times. 

When we are arriving for cleaning services, we will set a two-hour arrival window between the hours of 9am and 4pm.  

 If our cleaning professionals arrives at your scheduled appointment time and is unable to access the property due to your actions or lack of communication, a lockout fee of full service cost will be charged. This fee helps compensate our technician for their lost time and travel expenses. We will make every attempt to contact you.  

 Recurring cleaning services are scheduled according cleaning priorities discussed when defining your service. One-Time Cleaning Services are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Please note that If we are not able to complete your cleaning we may contact you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We charge $45/hour per cleaner if additional time is permitted. Cleaning Solutions are offered in Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, and surrounding areas.

  If you will be away from your home for an extended period of time, we request that you schedule the cleaning service just before you leave, but not after you leave. This is to ensure that you have a chance to see our work and be the last to leave your home 

If your scheduled cleaning services falls on a holiday that ESC Home-Services observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning services within 24 hours of cleaning services.

Holidays observed include: New Years Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Tipping isn't required, but it is a great way to say thanks to your cleaning professional. Cleaners keep 100% of their tips.

ESC Home-Services Inc is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event that the client finds any damage in the home as a result of our cleaning service, we ask that you notify us within two (2) days after service. If notification is made past the two (2) day time period, ESC Home-Services Inc reserves the right to deny compensation.  To report a claim submit a letter of details via email and contact us at (948) 202-0142 

Should you wish to hire a present or past ESC Home-Service professional for any home-related cleaning services outside of your agreement with ESC Home-Services, our referral fee is $3,500. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from ESC Home-Services. If the fee is not paid, ESC Home-Services reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.
