Living & Common Spaces – Designer Finish
- Remove trash and check under furniture.
- Dust all surfaces: shelves, frames, lamps, TV, baseboards.
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch items (remote, switches, door handles).
- Fluff and align pillows, fold throws.
- Vacuum carpets / sweep & mop hard floors; spot-clean upholstery stains.
- Ensure TV and router are working; hide cables.
Kitchen – Chef’s Ready
- Empty fridge of guest items; wipe interior if needed.
- Sanitize countertops, sink, faucet, and backsplash.
- Clean and disinfect stove, oven exterior, microwave interior/exterior, and toaster.
- Load/dump dishwasher and check for clean dishes.
- Clean cabinet fronts and handles; check under sink for leaks.
- Restock basics: dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, coffee filters.
- Sweep & mop floors; wipe table and chairs.
