Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Deposit Policy: Deposits are required for all new bookings and are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours.
• Cancellations:
  • 48+ hours’ notice: deposit refunded.
  • Less than 48 hours: deposit forfeited. 
• Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur fees.
• No-Shows: Failure to grant access to property results in full service charge.
   

Store Purchases:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Custom Orders: Final sale, non-refundable, non-returnable.
• Refund Processing: 5–10 business days to original payment method.
   

Loyalty & Referral Program Terms

• Earning Points: Points earned on qualifying purchases and bookings only.
• Redemption: Points may be redeemed for services or discounts. Not exchangeable for cash.
