At ESC Home-Services Inc (ESCHS), every product, digital download, and service we provide is created and delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism. Because of the nature of our business and the quality standards we uphold, all sales are considered final once payment is processed, except under specific conditions outlined below. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and continued integrity of our store. 

Physical Products 

All physical items sold through the ESC Home-Services Store are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Customers must notify ESC Home-Services within three business days of receiving their order, accompanied by clear photo evidence of the issue. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within seven business days of authorization. Once received and inspected, approved refunds or replacements will be processed within five to ten business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable or online materials—including templates, checklists, guides, and training content—are final and non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions carefully before purchase. In the rare event of a technical issue preventing access or file download, ESC Home-Services will provide assistance to restore access or reissue the file at no additional cost.

Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

All ESC Home-Services gift cards, promotional credits, and discount codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account once issued.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Requests submitted within one hour of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once processing or delivery begins, the order is final.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, contact ESC Home-Services immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. ESC Home-Services is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Policy Enforcement

By completing a purchase or booking with Executive Standards Cleaning, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return and Refund Policy in full. This policy is designed to protect both our clients and our commitment to maintaining the Executive Standard in every transaction.
